This policy explains what information AntaresCheats collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep things simple and only ask for what we actually need to run the store.
When you buy from us or contact us, we may handle your email address, the details of your order, anything you send us in a support ticket, and basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, which helps us keep the store secure and prevent fraud. That's it — we don't go fishing for more.
Payments are processed by our payment provider and its partners, not by us. We never see or store your full card or crypto details. The provider handles the transaction and passes us only what we need to deliver your order — mainly a confirmation and your email.
We use your information to deliver your purchase and license keys, to provide support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we never will.
We rely on a few trusted services to run the store — our payment and delivery provider, our email provider, our hosting provider, and our community and support platform. Each only receives what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
The site uses a small amount of local storage in your browser — for example, to remember what's in your cart between visits. We don't use invasive advertising trackers.
We hold order records for as long as we need them for support, accounting, and legal reasons, and then remove them.
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Open a support ticket or email us and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
Our store is intended for adults (18 or older). We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
