Refund Policy

Everything we sell is digital and delivered the moment your payment clears. Because a license key or download cannot be handed back once it has been sent, all sales are final. Please make sure a product is right for you before you buy.

All sales are final

We do not issue refunds once an order has been delivered. This includes orders placed by mistake, a change of mind, not knowing how to use a product, or a product not fitting a setup or game version you were able to check beforehand. Completing checkout confirms that you accept this.

If something doesn't work

We stand behind what we sell. If a key or download genuinely fails to work, open a support ticket with your order ID and a short description of the problem, and we'll look into it. We may ask for a screenshot or a short clip so we can see the issue.

Where the fault is on our end, we'll normally sort you out with a replacement. Replacements are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed: we may decline when an issue can't be reproduced, when a product has been misused, or when an account was actioned through no fault of ours. A replacement is given in place of a refund, not in addition to one.

Chargebacks

If there's a problem, talk to us first — that is what support is for, and we'll always try to make it right. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead is treated as fraud. It will result in a permanent ban from the store and the loss of any active licenses.
